i-Lab was opened at FPI
On the basis of the Erasmus + CBHE program, the Fergana Polytechnic Institute established the I-LAB of Mechatronics and Robotics with the help of the project "Modernization of the bachelor's degree in mechatronics and robotics in Uzbekistan through innovative ideas and digital technologies."
The total cost of the laboratory equipment is 22,181.5 Euros. The process of purchasing equipment was organized on the basis of a tender. In the tender, 3 organizations submitted their bids.
The German company Lucas-Nulle GmbH won the tender with a price of 22,181.5 Euros and delivered the equipment needed for the laboratory to Uzbekistan in July 2021.
The Mechatromics and Robotics Laboratory was officially declared open in September 2021 and has been made available to 2nd year students majoring in Mechatronics and Robotics.
